Cabins
Currently, we only have 2 cabins that are used as sleeping quarters; cabin 1 sleeps 10 max, and cabin 2 sleeps 8 max. Both cabins were remodeled in the Spring of 2020 with new windows, new appliances, tiled floors throughout, new bedframes, new mattresses with covers, new appliances, and a fresh coat of interior paint. These cabins are ideal for big families looking for an affordable stay at the Frio.
Due to the limited resources in this area, we are not able to provide or supply any linens or linen service and/or toiletries.
Cabin 1 has 4 double beds and 2 twin mattresses on a bunk frame.
Cabin 2 has 2 double beds and 4 twin mattresses on 2 bunk frames.

Q: What's in the cabins?
A: Our cozy cabins are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and beds. Our guests must bring their own linens and toiletries. There are picnic tables and BBQ pits outside. No TV or living room.
Q: How many vehicles are we allowed for cabin reservations?
A: 2 vehicles per cabin with extra fees for 3rd and 4th vehicle. Maximum of 4. Vehicles #3 and #4 must be parked across the road in our vacant lot.
Q: Do you allow pets in the cabins?
A: No. Pets are not allowed in the cabins for any amount of time. No animals in the cabins; no exception. $75 fine for each day a pet is in the cabin.
Q: Is there a kitchen?
A: Yes, there is a small kitchen in each cabin with a top/bottom "apartment size" fridge/freezer, stove/oven combo, microwave, coffee pot, and sink.
Q: Are pots and pans provided?
A: Each cabin is equipped with a basic box set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. No dishes.
Q: Are linens provided?
A: No linens or toiletries are provided and are responsibility of the guest.
Q: What sizes are the beds?
A: Cabin 1 has 4 double beds and 2 twin mattresses on a bunk frame.
Cabin 2 has 2 double beds and 4 twin mattresses on 2 bunk frames.
Q: Are there BBQ pits and / or picnic tables?
A: Yes there is a BBQ pit and picnic table outside each cabin.
Q: Do the cabins have restrooms?
A: Yes each cabin has 1 full restroom with a stand-up tiled shower.
Q: Is there AC in the cabin?
A: Yes..

A: Portable units are provided during cold months
Q: Is there a TV?
A: No our 2 cabins are basically sleeping quarters ideal for larger families. They are simple; one big room, minimal privacy except for the bathroom, lots of beds, and clean.
